The workshop is designed for children, teenagers and adults, regardless of age or previous makeup experience.

- No age restriction
- Open to students, parents, dancers, artists and anyone interested in learning
- Beginners are welcome
- Participants can attend simply to learn, explore and develop their skills.

( Parents who wish to learn and practise the Bharatanatyam makeup and hairdo techniques are welcome to participate. However, we kindly request parents to bring their child/student along as the model for the practical session, so that the techniques can be demonstrated and practised directly on the student.

This will help parents understand how to create the appropriate Bharatanatyam stage makeup and traditional hairdo specifically for their child’s performance. )

- Open to All: There is no age limit, and no prior makeup or dance experience is required.
- Be Punctual: Participants must arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the workshop begins.
- Come with a Clean Face: Participants should arrive with a clean, moisturised face and avoid applying heavy makeup beforehand.
- Hair Preparation: Hair should be clean, dry and neatly combed before the workshop.
- Bring Required Materials: Participants should carry their own makeup products, brushes, comb, hair accessories and other materials as instructed by the faculty.
- Practice & Participation: Participants are expected to actively participate in the demonstrations and practical sessions.
- Personal Hygiene: Do not share personal makeup products, brushes, sponges or other items without proper cleaning.
- Respect the Venue: Keep the workshop premises, mirrors, tables and common areas clean and organised.
- Careful Use of Products: Participants must use makeup and hair products carefully and responsibly.
- Photography & Recording: Photography or video recording during the workshop should be done only with the permission of the workshop organisers/faculty.
- No Disturbance: Participants should maintain discipline and avoid unnecessary interruptions during demonstrations.
- No Refunds: Once registration is confirmed, the workshop fee is non-refundable.
- Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own belongings and personal makeup/hair products.
- Follow Faculty Instructions: Participants must follow the techniques, safety instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop faculty.
